Vintage Pair of "Reliable" Roly Poly Musical Clowns. I would estimate these as Late 50's, but I could be Wrong. One is White, with Red & Green accents, this ones Chiming works great. The Yellow one has Red Black & White accents, His Chimes Just are not chiming, kind of making a Loose noise, & his ball at the end of his Hat is gone.
